I’d never touched a barbell. Two months in, I can deadlift more than I weigh and I know why my form works.
The 6 AM crew is the reason I get out of bed. Classes start on time, end on time, and the coach actually watches your reps.
I came back after a long break and wanted someone careful. My trainer built every week around what I could do that week.
Before you visit
The questions people ask at the front desk most often, answered here so you can walk in ready.
Do I need experience to join?
No. Lift 101 and Strength Foundations are built for people who have never lifted. Your free trial includes a movement check, and your coach will tell you honestly where to start.
What should I bring to my first session?
Comfortable training clothes, flat shoes if you have them, a water bottle and a towel. Chalk, belts and bands are on the floor, and there are lockers for your bag.
Can I freeze or cancel my membership?
You can freeze for up to two months a year for travel or injury, and cancel any monthly plan with 30 days’ notice. Annual plans can be frozen the same way.
